Lab testing
Iv been lucky enough to be selected for some secret testing at the university of Greenwich in Medway.
The testing is to try and revolutionise the way FTP and critical power are measured so far iv undergone many tests with today being the final part .
We are hoping a simple test can be developed for coaches to easily use with there athletes
