The journey to Vegas
Well time has flown by,it feels like yesterday I was boarding a plane to Lanza to meet up with the long distance Tri camp.
Well I'm sitting in Gatwick waiting to board my flight for Las Vegas,at IM UK I managed to bag a roll down slot for the world
70.3 championships. So here Iam after 6 solid months of training since Lanza
I'm going my first race in the US.
I would just like to thank my wonderful partner Sarah for all her hard work and motivation during these past few months.

My friends that have made training bearable and of course the man who has got me in the best shape possible My coach Ben.
Here's to Vegas lets get the result we deserve.
