Well time has flown by,it feels like yesterday I was boarding a plane to Lanza to meet up with the long distance Tri camp.
Well I'm sitting in Gatwick waiting to board my flight for Las Vegas,at IM UK I managed to bag a roll down slot for the world
70.3 championships. So here Iam after 6 solid months of training since Lanza
I'm going my first race in the US.
