The time has come to make a swift exit from the glorious weather here in the UK and spend a few weeks in Spain.
I'd like to thank Ain Alar Juhanson for letting me join his camp at such late notice,and also all my sponsors that have got all the relevant kit and nutrition together at such short notice.
I shall be leaving late March returning mid April ready for the season opener 7Oaks sprint Tri.
